Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on FahmAI (the "Service"). By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or other paid features, you agree to this policy.

1. General Approach

FahmAI gives you immediate access to digital features and AI generation. Because of this, purchases are usually non-refundable once credits have been used.

We may still review refund requests and offer a refund or credit adjustment on a case-by-case basis, especially when there are technical issues or obvious billing mistakes.

2. When We May Offer a Refund

We may consider a full or partial refund in situations like:

  • a technical problem on our side prevented you from using purchased credits
  • duplicate charges or clear billing errors
  • accidental purchases with little or no usage, where allowed by local rules

Approval is not automatic; each request is reviewed individually.

5. Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a technical issue, the credits deducted for that request are automatically refunded back to your account balance. No request is required for these credit reversals.

Note: this applies to credit usage for failed AI requests (for example, audio/lesson generation failures). It is separate from refunds to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email. Please contact support@fahm-ai.com and include:

  • The email associated with your account
  • The purchase date
  • The transaction or order reference (if available)
  • A brief explanation

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank and may take 5–10 business days.

5. Prevention of Abuse

We may deny refund requests where we detect abuse, repeated requests after significant usage, or fraudulent activity. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated under our Terms.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are posted.
